Predatory Tools

The third and final part of my Triptych tool series, this piece was meant to bring the other two pieces together, using abstract and futurism type themes. I quite like how this particular piece came out. It's also going to be published in a book at my college!

Teeth like Knives

Decided I needed to update and add things I had done in my Drawing II Course! This piece had been finished in September of 2014 and was the second part of the triptych series using a tool as the subject. This particular piece was only meant to be a line drawing with no shading! I tried to avoid too much chaos in this piece, but the overall composition came out pretty boring! I knew I needed to improve when it came to the third part of the series.

Old Timer

In class, our teacher wanted us to bring in a tool to draws. I chose this knife as it had a lot of character, and has been passed down through my family!

It's due on Thursday for critique, I'll get a better photo when it's up on the wall!

Hello!

This is where I'll post sketches, thumbnails and projects for Drawing II. It wasn't necessary for this class, but I figure I'd document it as well. :]
